Why Use Bitcoin?
Bitcoin is fast, secure, and offers low transaction fees. It's the perfect choice for automated delivery systems without intermediaries.
Bitcoin Payment
To begin, browse through our products and select the ones you'd like to purchase. Add them to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. When you're ready to proceed, go to the cart page.
At the checkout, fill in your email and account name details and confirm the order total. Click the 'Pay' button.

Log into your Bitcoin wallet and scan the QR code to see the address. Alternatively, you can select "Copy" to paste the details directly.

Some wallets will give you the option of selecting a gas transaction fee for the transfer, we recommend going with the average option. It isn't necessary paying extra for the fast transfer
Once you've confirmed the transfer, return to your BTCPay invoice. It will change to a tick as shown in the example once the payment has been received.
You can then select the "Return to BenderFX" button.

You'll receive an email confirming the order. The payment status will remain as "Waiting for payment settlement" until there is 1 confirmation of the Bitcoin transaction on the blockchain.
If the payment has been sent then you're finished. You will receive a second email between 5-10 minutes after confirmation with your products attached in a ZIP file

Pay with Altcoins
Altcoins like USDT TRC20 provide an alternative way to complete your payment. Follow these steps:
Follow the Bitcoin process and generate the invoice.
Once you generate the invoice, click the 'Altcoins' button. A new tab will open displaying the transaction details, including the Altcoin amount to send and wallet address.
Confirm the transfer and return to your BTCPay invoice. The status will change to a tick once the payment is received. Select "Return to BenderFX" to proceed.
Once you've confirmed the transfer, return to your BTCPay invoice. It will change to a tick as shown in the example once the payment has been received.
You can then select the "Return to BenderFX" button.

Pay with Credit/Debit Card
Use Switchere for secure and seamless card payments. Follow these steps:
Follow the Bitcoin process and generate the invoice.
Go to the Switchere website and input the Bitcoin amount provided in the invoice.
Don't use the USD amount otherwise this will be incorrect because it doesn't factor in the fees charged by Switchere.
Click the 'Login' button to continue, even if you don't have an account.

If this is your first transaction using Switchere, they'll likely require you to do a quick KYC. You'll either need your passport, drivers license, or ID handy.
