Payment Methods
Bitcoin and Altcoins (e.g USDT TRC20)
We encourage all of our customers to try and use bitcoin when purchasing our products by offering an automated workflow with the least amount of wait possible.
Bitcoin transactions are processed quickly without any need for intermediaries, making it an ideal payment method for automated delivery systems.
Additionally, transaction fees are lower compared to traditional payment methods, which can result in cost savings for both the seller and the buyer.
Credit/Debit card
We are in the process of setting up credit card processing facilities with our merchants but due to the nature of this industry it is taking some time. We'll notify everyone as soon as this functionality becomes available. In the meantime, we recommend going through the one of following trusted third party crypto exchange:
SEPA payments
Some customers prefer using SEPA to settle the payment for their order. We've teamed up with the platform instaxchange. use the link provided below. Please note, you will still need to select the Bitcoin payment method at the checkout.

Once you've been through the process once you'll realise how easy and seamless it is.
At the checkout, fill in your email and account name details and confirm the order total. Click the 'Pay' button. Here is where you can get the data requested Here is an example
Log into your Bitcoin wallet and scan the QR code to see the address. Alternatively, you can select "Copy" if you'd like to copy & paste the details directly.
Select the 'Copy' option on the invoice that has been generated.
Add the Bitcoin address to your wallet.
Paste the Bitcoin amount provided in the invoice to your wallet.
Some wallets will give you the option of selecting a gas transaction fee for the transfer, we recommend going with the average option. It isn't necessary paying extra for the fast transfer.
ALTERNATIVE with Altcoins: If you want to pay with another Altcoint (e.g USDT TRC20), just click the 'Altcoins' available when creating the invoice
You will have another tab opened, and there you will see the new details of the transaction. There it will tell you the amount of Altcoin to send to a Wallet. Left pic shows the example for USDT TRC20
Once you've confirmed the transfer, return to your BTCPay invoice. It will change to a tick as shown in the example once the payment has been received.
You can then select the "Return to BenderFX" button.
You'll receive an email confirming the order. The payment status will remain as "Waiting for payment settlement" until there have been 6 confirmations of the Bitcoin transaction on the blockchain.
If the payment has been sent then you're finished. You will receive a second email between 5-10 minutes after confirmation with your products attached in a ZIP file

Go to the Switchere website and input the Bitcoin amount provided in the invoice.
Don't use the USD amount otherwise this will be incorrect because it doesn't factor in the fees charged by Switchere.
Click the 'Login' button to continue, even if you don't have an account.
Log in if you already have an account, otherwise you will need to register.
They'll likely ask you for your phone/mobile number.
You'll be required to verify your email account and then provide some basic information about yourself as shown below.
You'll be asked to confirm the Bitcoin amount again. Use this chance to confirm the amount with what appears on your invoice.
Paste in the next window the Bitcoin address that is provided on your invoice and then select the 'Buy' button.
You'll need to accept their conditions and then populate the fields with the credit or debit card details that you would like to use for this transaction.
If this is your first transaction using Switchere, they'll likely require you to do a quick KYC. You'll either need your passport, drivers license, or ID handy.
The process is quick - they can confirm your documents within just a few minutes.
Once verification is complete the payment will get sent by Switchere.
Once you've confirmed the transfer, return to your BTCPay invoice. It will change to a tick as shown in the example once the payment has been received.
You can then select the "Return to BenderFX" button.
You'll receive an email confirming the order. The payment status will remain as "Waiting for payment settlement" until there have been 6 confirmations of the Bitcoin transaction on the blockchain.
If the payment has been sent then you're finished.
